Role: Presales- Senior Executive/ Lead/Manager
Experience: 3-8 Years
Role Description:
Complete ownership of presales activity across geos by being central point of contact for the sales team
Must have:
- IT Services industry background within Application Development and/ or testing space
- Should have managed a presales team, preferably for an independent unit/ function/ service line
- Cross-cultural experience working across US, UK, Europe geos
- Growth oriented individual willing to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership
Key responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for Sales

- Client meetings and Requirements understanding
|
- Solution development to meet client requirements
|
- Bid Management for medium to large RFPs/ proactive opportunities
|
- Working across different internal functions like Delivery, finance, legal, IT etc.
|
- Building partnerships to provide comprehensive solutions as required
|
- Build strong understanding of company’s offerings/ case studies
|
- Undertake client presentations including proposal orals
|
- Understanding of different outsourcing models, including Managed services
|
- Understanding of latest technologies in development and testing areas
|
- Hands on ability to write convincing and easy to read proposals and carry out reviews
|
- Commercial understanding of different models
